So what’s new?!
Retainer / Dormitory (Modern Slavery)
Your manor unlocked a new feature! The Dormitory is located at the bottom right of the manor screen. There, you can capture fellow players and become their master. They will work for you and collect coins, skills, pals, keys, pretty much anything that the AFK mode does. The nice part is that this mode collects both when you are online and offline. Check the online and offline tabs to claim your rewards.
If you feel a wee bit sadistic, you can tick, throw tomatoes at, or slap your prisoners/slaves. Unfortunately, it does not reward anything extra. 🤣
Cross-Server Ranked Arena
Probably the major update here! The Arena interface got a new tab: Cross-Server Ranked Match. Essentially, the mechanic is the same as Arena: you fight and attempt to rank to the top. However, you will be assign to different ranks. You can be promoted, maintain yourself, or be demoted depending on your rank at the end of the season.
The most interested part is the new shop that came with that feature! For each match and each end-of-season reward, you will Glory Badges that you can spend in that shop. Glory Badges can be exchanged against, among other items, an Awakening Crystal (2,000 GB) essential to unlock an Awakening stat or Awakening Scrolls (100 GB) used to level up those stats.
Class Awakening!!!
It has finally arrived! Class Awakening! Can’t wait to get become a Plume Monarch! The requirements to unlock your final class are:
Unlock all 6 Awakening Stats (what you will need the Awakening Crystals for)
Reach character lvl 120
Though it feels way closer now, it will still take a few months (probably) to get your Awakening. I currently get about 600 Glory Badges per Cross-Server seasons (that last a few days) and it takes 2,000 GB to randomly unlock one of the 6 stats. Hopefully, it cannot randomly select the same stat again.
Minor feature: Compare Attributes / Power Source
If you check the stats/attributes of a fellow player (their profile > Compare), you can now check each individual stats and what feature contributed to the total amount seen on the screen. Simply click on the (i) button to pop up the Source screen. For instance, it showed me that I am lacking in the Tech department. A feature that I am leaving untouched until the next Tech Rush. Or that my equipment contains some stats that might be incompatible with my class (e.g. Skill Crit on an Archer).
